Bryana Beining had been training herself to be to real estate agent her whole life without realizing it. She thrived in school as
a straight “A” student and adopted the motto, “If I can’t teach it, I don’t know it".

That drive to understand the information instilled a strong sense of attention to detail. In her early career, Bryana worked in Customer Service for 10+ years and grew to understand how to handle stressful situations and developed a better ability to negotiate with, and approach people from all backgrounds and walks of life.

Bryana was born and raised in Jacksonville and has lived in several areas around the city. Having a mother who was a Marine
helped instill strong morals and structure and Bryana is proud and thankful for learning these skills early on. She even
applied these skills during her school years as an “A” Honor Roll student throughout.

When Bryana isn’t helping her clients find their dream home, you may find her at Home Goods. It is her happy place and
helps fuel her passion of interior design. She enjoys dreaming of the possibilities in a fixer upper or imagining how to set up a
blank slate empty home.

Bryana has combined her life skills and knowledge to focus her career helping others on their real estate journey. Helping
others find their dream home and playing a tiny part in the happy memories their family will make is a rewarding experience
and the reason Bryana has become one of Jacksonville’s premier real estate agents.
